Job summary

The Access Group is hiring a Software Engineer to design, build and evolve platforms powering mobile, web and backend solutions for hospitality tech. You will join a small, cross-functional team, own features end-to-end, and influence architecture and engineering standards.

You will work with modern stacks, contribute to code quality and security, mentor peers, and leverage AI-powered tools to accelerate delivery and learning across projects.

Qualifications

• Commercial software engineering experience delivering production applications.
• Experience in mobile development (React Native preferred; Flutter also considered).
• Strong understanding of software engineering fundamentals, testing and CI/CD practices.
• Experience working with APIs, cloud platforms and relational databases.
• Comfortable working across the stack and learning new technologies quickly.
• Hands-on experience using AI developer tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, Devin or similar.

About the Role

The F&B Software Company, part of Access Hospitality, powers millions of hospitality experiences every day through market-leading products including ResDiary , DesignMyNight , Collins, Tonic, Wireless Social, Paytronix , QikServe Connect, Access EPOS and more.

As a Software Engineer, you'll help build and evolve the platforms behind our mobile, web and backend solutions.
