Qualifications

• Commercial software engineering experience delivering production applications.
• Experience in mobile development with React Native preferred.
• Strong fundamentals in software engineering, testing, and CI/CD.
• Experience with APIs, cloud platforms, and relational databases.
• Able to learn quickly across the stack and adopt new technologies.
• Hands-on experience with AI developer tools.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and deliver production-ready software across mobile, web, APIs and backend services.
• Own software quality, reliability, performance and security from development through production.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to deliver features that create value for hospitality operators and their guests.
• Contribute to architecture, code reviews, engineering standards and continuous improvement.
• Mentor and support fellow engineers through knowledge sharing and collaboration.
• Use AI tools as a core part of development workflow, from coding and testing to troubleshooting and documentation.

About the Role

The F&B Software Company, part of Access Hospitality, powers millions of hospitality experiences every day through market-leading products including ResDiary , DesignMyNight , Collins, Tonic, Wireless Social, Paytronix , QikServe Connect, Access EPOS and more.

As a Software Engineer, you'll help build and evolve the platforms behind our mobile, web and backend solutions. Working in a small, cross-functional engineering team, you'll take ownership of delivering high-quality software, contribute to technical decisions, and leverage AI-powered tools to deliver faster, smarter outcomes.

What You'll Do

• Design, build and deliver production-ready software across mobile, web, APIs and backend services.
• Own software quality, reliability, performance and security from development through to production.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to deliver features that create value for hospitality operators and their guests.
• Contribute to architecture, code reviews, engineering standards and continuous improvement.
• Mentor and support fellow engineers through knowledge sharing and collaboration.
• Use AI tools as a core part of your development workflow, from coding and testing to troubleshooting and documentation.

What We're Looking For

• Commercial software engineering experience delivering production applications.
• Experience in mobile development (React Native preferred; Flutter also considered).
• Strong understanding of software engineering fundamentals, testing and CI/CD practices.
• Experience working with APIs, cloud platforms and relational databases.
• Comfortable working across the stack and learning new technologies quickly.
• Hands-on experience using AI developer tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, Devin or similar.

Nice to Have

• C#/.NET, TypeScript/React or Java development experience.
• Azure and/or AWS cloud experience.
• Knowledge of security best practices, authentication, data privacy and compliance requirements.
