Job summary

CCS Technologies in Kerala, India is hiring a Senior Software Engineer (MERN Stack) to lead design and development of scalable, cloud-native applications. You will mentor juniors, shape architecture, and collaborate with global clients across diverse industries in an Agile + DevOps environment.

You will own frontend and backend components, drive performance improvements, and contribute to CI/CD and testing practices within a fast-growing team.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, React, Next.js.
• Proven experience with Node.js, Express.js, and REST API design.
• Hands-on cloud-based development (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Solid understanding of state management and scalable frontend architecture.
• Experience with MongoDB and at least one SQL database (PostgreSQL/MySQL).
• Knowledge of containerization (Docker), microservices, and modern DevOps pipelines.
• Familiarity with unit testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha, Supertest).
• Strong understanding of performance monitoring, observability, and analytics tools.
• Proficiency with GitHub, Git workflows, and Agile methodologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, React, Next.js, Redux, Hooks, React Query.
• Proven experience with Node.js, Express.js, and REST API design.
• Hands‑on expertise in cloud‑based development (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Solid understanding of state management patterns and scalable front‑end architecture.
• Experience with MongoDB and at least one SQL database (PostgreSQL/MySQL).
• Knowledge of containerization (Docker), microservices, and modern DevOps pipelines.
• Familiarity with unit testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha, Supertest).

Desirable Skills

• Willingness to travel (domestic/international) if required.
