RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design, develop, troubleshoot solutions/models/simulations using software such as CAD and CAE; create prototypes and integrate components into fully functional systems.
• Perform impact analysis, stress analysis, and FMEA to assess operational feasibility and boundary conditions.
• Provide customer support and problem solving: defect fixing, verification plans, quality assurance procedures, troubleshooting, debugging, and upgrading existing systems.
• Deploy programs, evaluate user feedback, and ensure customer satisfaction while complying with project plans and industry standards.
• Maintain reporting and documentation: weekly/monthly status reports, design‑change repositories, time‑sheets, and written knowledge transfer.

• Design & develop solutions in adherence to project schedules, 100% error‑free onboarding and implementation.
• Quality & CSAT: on‑time delivery, minimal corrections, first‑time right, no major post‑production defects, full traceability, and completion of required skill‑upgrading certifications.
• MIS & Reporting: 100 % on‑time MIS and report generation.
