Job summary

Bayer AG in Bengaluru seeks a seasoned Kinaxis Specialist to expand Demand & Supply planning capabilities within CS Supply Chain. The role requires hands-on Kinaxis expertise and ability to design scalable solutions.

You will configure Rapid Response, build dashboards, and integrate data models while engaging with stakeholders across the business. This is a full-time role based in Bengaluru, embracing DevOps-like collaboration.

Qualifications

• 8+ years hands-on Kinaxis implementation (Demand & Supply) or similar Supply Chain Planning Solutions.
• At least 2 full lifecycle Kinaxis implementations experience.
• Experience setting up Workbooks, Dashboards, Forms, Hierarchies, Scheduled Tasks, Scripts, Automation chains.
• Strong understanding of master data (BOMs, resources, classifications, material/batch structures).
• Experience with Forecast consumption, disaggregation and spreading, statistical forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Participate in deep-dive customer business requirements discovery sessions and develop requirements specifications.
• Lead multiple cycles of implementing complex supply-chain solution design, development, and testing in Kinaxis.
• Provide Solution Architecture and System design to enable creative solutions while following best practices.
• Thoroughly understand Kinaxis Data model and inbound/outbound data integration options.
• Configure Rapid Response for S&OP, Demand Planning and Supply Planning capabilities.
• Set up resources (Workbooks, Dashboards, Forms, Hierarchies, Scheduled Tasks, Scripts, Automation chains).
• Implement forecasting processes including forecast consumption, disaggregation, and forecasting accuracy to support sourcing decisions.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and leadership to translate requirements into Kinaxis designs.

Software Engineer (Kinaxis)

POSITION PURPOSE:

We are expanding our team to work in DevOps mode to continue to support, enhance and roll out the Demand and Supply planning Capabilities for the CS Supply Chain team.

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Participate in deep-dive customer business requirements discovery sessions and develop requirements specifications documentation.
• Have multiple cycles of leading implementation experience in complex supply-chain solution design, development, and testing.
• Provide Solution Architecture, System design in enabling creative solutions to complex business problems while maintaining best practices.
• Thoroughly understands the Kinaxis Data model and Inbound/Outbound data integration options and best practices.
• Experience in Configuring the Rapid response system for S&OP , Demand Planning and Supply Planning capabilities.
• Expertise in setting up resources (Workbooks, Dashboards, Forms, Hierarchies, Scheduled Tasks, Scripts, Automation chains etc).
• Expertise in implementing Forecast consumption, Forecast disaggregation and spreading, Statistical Forecasting.
• Expertise with Multi Level functionality to enable better sourcing decisions in a complex supply chain network and across multiple Bill of Material levels.
• Experience in configuring Capacity planning functionality for constraints.
• A good understanding in Detailed scheduling functionality and implementation experience with Detailed scheduling tools using any tools include SAP, Kinaxis.
• Experience in system administration topics including User/Account management, Deployment of changes across DEV, QA and PROD systems

WHO YOU ARE:

• Minimum 8 years hands-on Kinaxis implementation (Demand & Supply) or similar Supply Chain Planning Solutions.
• At least 2 full lifecycle Kinaxis implementations experience.
• Expertise in setting up resources like Workbooks, Dashboards, Forms, Hierarchies, Scheduled Tasks, Scripts, Automation chains etc.
• Strong understanding of master data, including BOMs, resources, classifications, and material/batch structures.
• Expertise in implementing Forecast consumption, Forecast disaggregation and spreading, Statistical Forecasting.
• Expertise with Multi Level functionality to enable better sourcing decisions in a complex supply chain network and across multiple Bill of Material levels.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to collaborate with business stakeholders and leadership.
• Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into designs and determine feasibility of possible solutions in Kinaxis.
• Solid understanding of integration
