Société Générale is seeking a Senior Java React Full Stack Developer in Bengaluru to contribute across design, development, and operations. You will champion engineering practices, ensure test automation, and promote secure coding standards in a dynamic banking technology environment.

As an independent contributor, you will collaborate with analysts, architects, and managers, driving continuous improvement and sharing knowledge across practice communities.

Qualificações

• 4-6 years of IT experience with hands-on in Java, React, and full stack development.
• Strong knowledge of Java 8, Spring Boot, TypeScript, React, Redux and related technologies.
• Experience with design patterns, SOLID principles, microservices, and modern coding practices.
• Ability to work independently and contribute to a team.

• Contribute to all phases of the Information System life cycle: design, development, operations, and documentation.
• Apply and champion your team’s engineering practices and those of its communities of practice. For eg., ensure high code quality and test automation
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Collaborate with managers and leaders to support team, service, and Group objectives.
• Integrate cybersecurity best practices into development processes and ongoing monitoring.
• Actively engage in communities of practice, sharing knowledge and promoting best practices.

Key Skills

• Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders within the Service Unit.
• Active listening and empathetic approach to understand the needs of stakeholders (analysts, managers, architects…).
• Clear and tailored communication for each audience.
• Autonomy, ability to assess risks and adapt to circumstances.
• Organization, rigor, and discipline in task execution.
• Curiosity and technological watch, with an interest in functional and banking aspects of the scope.

Profile required

• Strong in Java8, Spring boot, TypeScript, React, Redux, MyBatis, HTML & CSS, JUnit, GitHub, Docker, Jenkins
• Strong in writing unit and E2E test cases in React and Java
• Must have knowledge in Design Patterns, SOLID Principles, micro services and should be able to code using standard industry coding practices.
• Must be able to work as an independent contributor
• Good to have hands‑on over Cypress, RabbitMQ, DevOps & Co‑pilot or other AI tools.
