Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s (2 to 4 years Experience) or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field (2 years of experience).
• Core CS:Strong grasp of Data Structures and Algorithms.
• Technical Skills:Proficiency in Java or Python or Golang
• System Design:Ability to think critically about application scalability and cloud environments
• AI Tooling:Ability to use AI coding assistants (e.g., Claude, GitHub Copilot) to accelerate development and automate testing.
