Job summary

HARMAN Automotive is seeking an experienced Java Backend Lead to steer our backend development efforts in Bengaluru. You will design, develop, and deliver scalable backend systems using Java, mentor team members, and guide technical decisions in collaboration with frontend, QA, and DevOps teams.

You will lead architecture decisions, ensure code quality, and manage technical debt while driving innovation across backend services.

Qualifications

• 3-6 years of experience in Java backend development.
• Strong expertise in Java, Spring, and microservices architecture.
• Experience leading teams and driving technical decisions.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
