LinkedIn in Bengaluru offers a hybrid role where you will design and implement native iOS experiences to empower skills intelligence, career pathing, and AI-powered learning for millions of professionals worldwide.
You will collaborate with product, design, and backend teams to transform ideas into fast, reliable iOS features, while promoting engineering best practices and delivering high-quality code in a scalable mobile environment.
At LinkedIn, our approach to flexible work is centered on trust and optimized for culture, connection, clarity, and the evolving needs of our business. The work location of this role is hybrid, meaning it will be performed both from home and from a LinkedIn office on select days, as determined by the business needs of the team.
You’ll join the team building Career Hub, LinkedIn’s product for helping employees build meaningful careers, and companies build a stronger workforce. As AI reshapes how people work, the skills someone has today may not be the skills they need tomorrow - Career Hub is how enterprises help employees see what’s next, build toward it, and move into new roles. It also gives organizations a clearer picture of the skills across their workforce, so they can align talent to what the business needs most and adapt as that need shifts.
As an iOS engineer on this team, you’ll build the native mobile experiences that bring skills intelligence, career pathing, and AI-powered learning to millions of professionals, at the moments that matter most for their careers.
Working closely with product, design, and our web and backend counterparts, you’ll turn ideas like AI-driven role recommendations and personalized learning plans into fast, reliable, native experiences - reaching millions of employees across tens of thousands of companies worldwide - and helping both people and organizations navigate a changing world of work.
