Job summary

Cadence Design Systems is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer in Pune to design and operate enterprise-scale CI/CD platforms in cloud and on-prem environments. You will implement automation, secure delivery pipelines, and support cloud migration initiatives across Azure, AWS, and hybrid setups.

The role requires hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, GitHub, Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, and scripting in Python or PowerShell, with a focus on DevSecOps and scalable, reliable software delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in DevOps, SRE, Cloud Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience building and supporting enterprise CI/CD ecosystems.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, Git, Azure Repos, Pipelines, Artifacts.
• Experience with GitHub Enterprise and GitHub Actions (preferred).
• Experience with Kubernetes and containerized environments.
• Strong scripting in Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
• Cloud experience with Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform (preferred).
• Hybrid cloud and on-premises infrastructure management.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and Git-based workflows.
• Deploy, manage, and optimize containerized applications with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Implement automation to improve build, packaging, deployment, and release processes.
• Manage cloud infrastructure across Azure, AWS, and hybrid environments.
• Collaborate with development, QA, security, and operations teams for reliable releases.
