The Software Engineer II is responsible for the development, configuration, and support of Guardant’s Laboratory Information Management System (LabVantage) and the Java applications and integrations that surround it. Working within the LIMS and EMR Operations engineering group, the engineer partners closely with the MuleSoft, Portal and Salesforce (SFDC) to deliver reliable, compliant, and well-tested software that supports end-to-end sample and order workflows. This is a hands-on individual-contributor role with growing ownership of features, defect resolution, and production support.
The Digital Orders team is looking for an innovative software engineer to build and scale our Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS) for clinical diagnostic products.
You are eager to learn new technologies and languages. You enjoy an agile, fast paced and highly technical environment. You are comfortable with every aspect of the software development lifecycle, from requirement gathering to post release support. You can collaborate within and across multidiscipline teams, understand the big picture, and design and implement software with automated unit tests. You can work both independently and collaboratively.
