Job summary

Pega is seeking a GenAI-focused software engineer to join our fast-growing Bengaluru team. You will collaborate with ML engineers to integrate Harness powering Pega’s Agents and AI Assistant, and you will build GenAI capabilities on the Pega Platform.

You will apply critical thinking to validate AI outputs, implement scalable solutions, and contribute to observability and guardrailing. CSA/CSSA certifications and 2–4 years of Pegasystems development experience are valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 2–4 years of Pega software development experience.
• CSA and CSSA certified.
• Knowledge in Java/J2EE is an added advantage.
• Experience with Relational Databases (Oracle, Postgres), SQL, JSP.
• Agile/Scrum development methodology knowledge/experience.

Responsibilities

• Leverage GenAI to develop Pega Platform GenAI capabilities.
