Job summary

Gradious Technologies (P) Ltd is seeking skilled Software Development Engineers (SDEs) in Hyderabad to drive the design and development of AI agents. Ideal candidates will have strong experience with the MERN stack and Python, along with proven capabilities in Conversational AI and cloud services.

Responsibilities include building and optimizing AI agents, collaborating across teams, and ensuring robust deployment. This role requires a BE/B.Tech/MS/M.Tech/MCA background and 2 to 5 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in MERN stack with API development & integration.
• Experience using Python and its libraries.
• Proven expertise in building and deploying Conversational AI agents, chatbots, or intelligent automation systems.
• Deep knowledge of LLMs, Prompt Engineering, Fine-tuning, and Embeddings.
• Experience with cloud AI services (AWS, GCP, Azure) and scalable deployment frameworks.
• Familiarity with workflow automation platforms and agent orchestration.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to design business-driven AI solutions.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• BE / B.Tech / MS / M.Tech / MCA with Computer Science Background.
• Experience: 2 to 5 years.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into AI-powered automation solutions.
• Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of AI agent development – from requirement analysis to deployment and monitoring.
• Ensure security, scalability, and reliability of deployed AI agents.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest AI/ML frameworks, tools, and industry best practices.
