Job summary

LKQ India is seeking developers to build front-end and back-end web applications in Bengaluru. You will work on mobile and desktop clients, write C#, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, and explore new tech like Python or Node.js.

Responsibilities include API integration, SEO support, and collaborating with global teams. Strong knowledge of .NET, Angular, databases, caching, and DevOps practices is expected.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of ASP.NET Core, .NET framework, JavaScript, CSS and HTML5.
• Angular or similar patterns and practices.
• Experience with building RESTful APIs.
• Relational databases, NoSQL databases and caching systems.
• Ability to create or contribute to self-contained, reusable, and testable modules and components.
• Ability to automate the build process for CI environments alongside DevOps.
• Professional communication skills and ability to communicate well in multiple formats.

Essential Job Duties

• Delivering front end applications that work on mobile and desktop clients
• Writing but not limited to C#, JavaScript, HTML and CSS code
• Learning and leveraging new technology frameworks or languages, such as Python or Node.js
• Integrating and creating RESTful APIs
• Providing SEO solutions for existing and new web sites
• Integrating with 3rd party systems

Qualifications & Experience

• Working knowledge of ASP.Net Core, .Net framework, JavaScript, CSS and HTML5
• Junior programmers will have at least 2 years of work experience; mid and senior level programmers will have 5 to 10 years of work experience
• Working knowledge of Angular or similar patterns and practices
• Experience with building RESTful API
• Working knowledge of relational databases, NoSQL databases and caching systems
• Ability to create or contribute to self-contained, reusable, and testable modules and components
• Ability to automate the build process for continuous integration environments alongside DevOps
• Professional communication skills and the ability to communicate well in multiple formats with colleagues around the globe (Teams meetings, in writing, verbally by phone, through Teams messaging, and leveraging Confluence)
