Job summary

Trinet Group is seeking a Software Engineer responsible for the design, development, and release of our web and mobile applications.

You will work closely with Product owners and other stakeholders to understand the requirements and design software solutions that meet product requirements. The role emphasizes presentation-layer development using APIs and microservices, with unit tests and automation under a TDD lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Engineering or related field.
• 2+ years of hands-on OO programming in Java or Python and/or JavaScript (UI) frameworks.

Education Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree in Computer Science/Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience required

Experience Qualifications

• Typically 2+ yea+ years of hands-on object-oriented programming in Java or Python and/or Javascript (UI) (Angular or ReactJS) frameworks required

Skills and Abilities

• Understanding of all phases of Software development life cycle
• Software Development Experience with Java or Python
• Experience with UI modern framework like AngularJS or ReactJS
• Experience with microservice architecture, end-to-end UI/API integration, and knowledge of API protocols like REST, gRPC, and GraphQL
• Familiar with coding and testing best practices as well as ability to understand complex business problems and design high quality technical solutions.
• Knowledge about the Caching technologies and DBMS technologies like Oracle or MySQL, Postgres, MongoDB
• Strong Problem-solving, communication and organizational skills
