Role & Responsibilities:

• Build robust, scalable web applications with platform reuse in mind.
• Create abstractions and contracts with separation of concerns for broader scope.
• Apply problem-solving skills to high-level business and technical challenges.
• Design high-level architecture, model functions, and decompose modules.
• Perform impact analysis and incremental architecture improvements.
• Optimize performance in large-scale distributed systems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to track project impact and iterate for improvements.

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience in coding and solving problems at scale.
• B.Tech in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent).
• Excellent coding skills in at least one programming language (e.g., Java, C, C++) with experience in writing maintainable, scalable, and unit-tested code.
• Experience with multi-threading, concurrency, object-oriented design, design patterns, and test-driven development.
• Good understanding of databases like MySQL and NoSQL databases like HBase, Elasticsearch, Aerospike, etc.
• Experience in full lifecycle development on Linux platforms for scalable business applications handling large data flows.
• Strong desire to solve complex real-world problems.
• Proactive attitude, energetic, and open communicator who values feedback.
• Ability to design and architect multiple subsystems and decompose complex problems.
• Knowledge of industry coding standards and technical documentation skills.
