Job summary

Motive is seeking a Software Engineer to design, build, and support scalable software components and services that power our platform. You will own meaningful engineering projects, solve complex problems, and contribute to reliable customer experiences.

You will collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver high-quality solutions, participate in code reviews, monitoring, debugging, and production support.

You will take ownership of meaningful engineering projects, solve complex technical problems, and contribute to systems that power Motive’s platform.

What We’re Looking For

• 4+ years of software development experience.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Ruby, Go, Java, JavaScript, Python, or a similar language.
• Experience building reliable, maintainable software using scalable architecture and data models.
• Familiarity with relational or NoSQL databases and cloud infrastructure such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.
