Job summary

Avaloq Group is seeking a skilled ABS/PLSQL technical lead to own complex software changes and guide solution design, code quality, and delivery enablement. Primary focus includes complex Avaloq Script and SQL/PLSQL design with strong emphasis on性能, security, and maintainability.

Ideal candidates have expert ABS experience across functional contexts, coaching and code-review capabilities, and are comfortable working in a hybrid, flexible global environment.

Qualifications

• Expert SQL/PLSQL with strong performance mindset.
• Expert ABS experience in relevant functional areas and integrations; regulated banking domain a plus.
• German language skills are advantageous for workshops and cross-team alignment.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical analysis and implementation of complex requirements and change initiatives.
• Design robust Avaloq Script and PL/SQL solutions with emphasis on correctness, performance, security, and maintainability.
• Resolve complex implementation questions, manage trade-offs, and address quality findings from reviews and testing.
• Review code, database logic, test coverage, documentation, and technical designs.
• Facilitate technical clarification workshops and manage dependencies to enable delivery.

Job Description

Purpose: Own complex ABS/PLSQL software changes and act as a technical lead for solution design, code quality, change analysis, and team enablement.

Primary focus

• Complex Avaloq Script and SQL/PLSQL solution design and implementation.
• Expert ABS experience across functional context, dependencies, integrations, and recurring change patterns.
• Coaching, code review, process analysis, delivery quality, and improvement of engineering standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead technical analysis and implementation of complex requirements, enhancements, and change initiatives.
• Design robust Avaloq Script and PL/SQL solutions and validate correctness, performance, security, maintainability, and delivery impact.
• Resolve complex implementation questions, manage trade-offs, and address quality findings from review and testing.
• Review code, database logic, test coverage, documentation, and technical designs.
• Facilitate technical clarification workshops, manage dependencies, and make well-reasoned delivery trade-offs.
