Job summary

Inkey IT Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an AI/ML developer to lead end-to-end AI projects in our Surat office. You will work in an Agile setup, translate business needs into scalable AI/ML solutions, and guide junior engineers while collaborating with clients and stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has deep experience with Azure AI Services, Python, and ML frameworks, and can own deliverables from design through deployment with a strong emphasis on quality and continuous improvement.

Technical Skills:

• Strong experience with Azure AI Services, Azure Machine Learning, Azure OpenAI, and related Azure cloud services.
• Proficiency in Python and experience with AI/ML frameworks, libraries, and model development practices.
• Strong understanding of Machine Learning concepts including data preparation, model training, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring.
• Experience with Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Prompt Engineering, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions.
• Familiarity with Azure AI Search, vector databases, embeddings, and semantic search concepts.
• Experience integrating AI/ML solutions with enterprise applications using REST APIs and cloud-based architectures.
• Knowledge of Azure Cognitive Services including Document Intelligence, Language Services, Speech Services, and Vision Services.
• Understanding of MLOps concepts, model governance, versioning, deployment pipelines, and performance optimization.
• Knowledge of SQL, data engineering concepts, data governance, security, compliance, and Responsible AI practices.
• Experience with Git, Azure DevOps, CI/CD, and source control best practices.
