Job summary

Emerson Electric Co. is seeking a QA/Test Engineer to perform software testing of HART, FF, and PROFIBUS interfaces, integrated with DeltaV/AMS and HH475 systems.

You will design test plans, log defects, and report metrics, while contributing to test automation efforts. The role requires hands-on testing of process field devices (Flow, Level, Temp, Pressure) and attention to quality, with strong communication skills and quick learning ability.

Qualifications

• Experience with process field devices like Flow, Level, Temperature, Pressure and Final Control devices.
• Experience with industrial communication protocols such as HART, Foundation Fieldbus, PROFIBUS and Modbus.
• Experience with Asset Management System (AMS /HH475) or Distributed Control System (DeltaV).
• Very good written and communication skills.
• Good analytical and problem-solving ability.
• Nice to Have skill: ISTQB Certified, Knowledge of software testing concepts, Knowledge/Experience of Test Automation.
