Job summary

Maersk is seeking a Software Developer for our Warehouse Automation & Integrations team in India, Karnataka. You will design, develop, and maintain integrations across warehouse control systems, robotics platforms, PLC-controlled automation, and enterprise applications.

You’ll collaborate with architects, automation specialists, and operational teams to deliver scalable, configuration-driven integration solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong experience developing software using Java.
• Experience with software integrations, APIs, and distributed systems.
• Experience working with Kafka or similar messaging technologies.
• Strong understanding of SQL and relational databases.
• Good understanding of networking concepts including TCP/IP, ports, routing, and firewalls.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a cross-functional team.
• Strong communication skills and fluent English.

Software Developer – Warehouse Automation & IntegrationsRole OverviewWe are looking for a Software Developer to join the team responsible for our warehouse control system and automation platform.In this role, you will develop integrations connecting warehouse control systems, material handling equipment, robotics platforms, PLC-controlled automation, and enterprise applications.
