The ideal candidate will independently drive feature development, troubleshoot complex issues, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams in a fast‑growing environment. Remote work options may be available as part of the global team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 6–10 years of professional software development experience.
• Strong experience in Android application development using Java and Kotlin.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain features for Workspace ONE Intelligent Hub on Android platforms.
• Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to technical design decisions.
• Develop high-quality, scalable, and maintainable code using modern Android development practices.
• Investigate, reproduce, and resolve complex customer-reported issues.
• Collaborate with Product Management, QA, UX, and platform teams to deliver product enhancements.
• Optimize application performance, stability, security, and reliability.
• Review code, mentor junior engineers, and promote engineering best practices.
