VySystems in Hyderabad is seeking an experienced Senior Forward Deployed Engineer to join our AI & Data Science team. The role combines hands-on engineering with technical leadership to design, develop, integrate, and deploy enterprise-grade AI solutions.

The candidate will lead the delivery of AI/ML, Generative AI, and intelligent automation, building production-ready apps, APIs, data pipelines, and AI workflows while aligning with governance and enterprise architecture.

Qualifications

• 8–14 years of experience in AI/DS or related fields.
• Strong hands-on proficiency in Python and SQL.

Responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced Senior Forward Deployed Engineer to join our client's AI & Data Science team. The ideal candidate will combine strong hands-on engineering expertise with technical leadership to design, develop, integrate, and deploy enterprise-grade AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of AI/ML, Generative AI, and intelligent automation solutions.


• Design and develop LLM-powered applications, RAG pipelines, AI agents, and enterprise AI workflows.


• Translate business requirements into scalable technical architectures and implementation plans.


• Develop production-ready applications, APIs, backend services, and data pipelines.


• Establish AI evaluation frameworks, quality metrics, security controls, and responsible AI practices.


• Drive cloud deployment, CI/CD, MLOps/LLMOps, monitoring, and production stabilization.


• Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional engineering teams to ensure successful delivery.

Mandatory Skills:

• Strong hands-on proficiency in Python and SQL.


• Experience delivering at least one production AI/ML, software, data, or intelligent automation solution.


• Expertise in at least one area: Applied AI/ML, Generative AI/LLMs/RAG/AI Agents, enterprise integration engineering, or AI platform/MLOps/LLMOps.


• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture, APIs, backend services, data pipelines, and system integrations.


• Experience in technical leadership, solution design, production deployment, and stakeholder management.

Good to Have:

• Advanced RAG, hybrid search, reranking, knowledge graphs, and agentic AI workflows.


• AWS, Amazon Bedrock, SageMaker, Databricks, Spark, Kubernetes, or serverless architecture.


• MLflow, Airflow, Kubeflow, infrastructure as code, and AI observability.


• Healthcare, pharmaceutical, life sciences, GxP, or validated-system experience.

Educational Qualification:

• Doctorate: Minimum 1 year of relevant experience


• Master's: 8–10 years


• Bachelor's: 10–12 years
