The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, testing, and maintaining enterprise-grade applications using Java, J2EE, SQL/Oracle, and related technologies. Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business and user requirements to design effective software solutions.
• Study system workflows, data usage, and operational processes.

Software Development & Coding

• Participate in low-level design, coding, code reviews, and walkthroughs.
• Develop scalable and maintainable applications using Java technologies.
• Follow coding standards, best practices, and documentation guidelines.
• Create Software Design Documents (SDD), Architecture Documents, and deployment-ready solutions.
• Ensure compliance with organizational quality standards.

Testing & Quality Assurance

• Prepare and execute Test Plans and Test Cases.
• Perform Unit Testing, System Testing, UAT Support, and Negative Testing.
• Conduct troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
• Optimize application performance and database queries.
• Support customer demonstrations, Proof of Concepts (POCs), and release activities.

Deployment & Support

• Assist in application deployment and implementation activities.
• Prepare installation guides, release notes, and deployment documentation.
• Resolve application and production-related issues.
