Job summary

We are seeking a Developer to spearhead the design, development, and deployment of voice bot solutions tailored to business needs. This role demands a strategic thinker with hands‑on technical expertise, capable of delivering end‑to‑end solutions in a dynamic, matrixed environment. The ideal candidate will collaborate across engineering and business teams, produce clear technical documentation, and drive innovation throughout the software development lifecycle.

Primary Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive voice bot solutions, proactively engaging with cross‑functional teams throughout the project lifecycle
• Documentation: Produce clear and concise documentation covering backend integrations, business logic, and technical specifications
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with development teams and business stakeholders to communicate design strategies and integration plans
• Technical Design: Translate business requirements into scalable technical designs aligned with architectural standards
• Software Development Lifecycle: Lead all phases including requirements analysis, design, coding, testing, and deployment
• Reusable Components: Design and implement reusable frameworks, components, and patterns to enhance team productivity and solution scalability
• Voice Bot Development: Build and deploy voice bots using platforms such as Google Dialogflow, Amazon Lex, or equivalent cloud technologies
• Subject‑Matter Expertise: Act as the go‑to expert for voice bot development, ensuring adherence to design and implementation best practices
• DevOps Integration: Leverage CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure‑as‑Code tools (e.g., Jenkins, Terraform) along with version control systems (e.g., GitHub) to streamline development workflows
• Implementation Support: Provide occasional off‑hours support for production deployments (no regular on‑call duties)
