Qualifications

• 1–5 years of hands-on backend development experience with Java (8/11/17).
• Strong OOP, data structures and algorithms fundamentals.
• Solid expertise in Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, and JPA/Hibernate.
• Experience with MySQL or other relational databases; NoSQL is a plus.
• Knowledge of multithreading, concurrency, and asynchronous processing.
• Experience with observability tools like Grafana, Loki, Prometheus, or Pinpoint.
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and microservices architecture.
• Experience with messaging systems like Kafka, RabbitMQ, or ActiveMQ.
• Proficiency with Git, Maven/Gradle, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong debugging and performance optimization skills.
