Job summary

Lincoln Motor Company is seeking a SAP ABAP Developer to design, develop, test, and support ABAP applications in ECC and SAP S/4HANA. You will work with functional consultants and stakeholders to deliver upgrade-safe, high-performance solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of SAP ABAP development experience in ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA environments.
• Experience developing custom ABAP solutions, including reports, interfaces, enhancements, forms, and workflows.
• Hands-on experience with CDS Views, OData Services, ABAP OO, Enhancement Frameworks (BAdIs, User Exits, Enhancement Spots).
• Exposure to RAP development and ABAP Development Tools (ADT) in Eclipse.

Responsibilities

Job description

The SAP ABAP Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and supporting SAP applications within ECC and S/4HANA environments. The role requires expertise in traditional ABAP development as well as modern SAP development frameworks, including RAP, CDS Views, and OData services.
Working closely with functional consultants, architects, and business stakeholders, the successful candidate will develop high-quality technical solutions aligned with SAP best practices and Clean Core principles, ensuring maintainability, performance, and future upgrade compatibility.

• Design, develop, test, and deploy SAP ABAP solutions, including Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, and Workflows (RICEFW).
• Develop and enhance business applications using SAP's RESTful ABAP Programming Model (RAP).
