• Experience with native Android (Kotlin/Java) and iOS (Swift/Obj-C).
• Strong CS fundamentals and OOPS concepts.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Track record of working in agile, multi-disciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of feature development from concept to deployment, ensuring high performance and a polished user experience.
• Partner daily with Game Designers, Artists, and Product Managers to define requirements and ensure technical feasibility.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code while participating in peer code reviews.
• Proactively identify bottlenecks and bugs, implementing robust solutions for a smooth crash-free experience.
• Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives to help the team iterate faster.
• Mentor and train junior engineers, shaping their career progression and growth.

What we are looking for

• 2+ years of professional experience in mobile application / game development.
• Strong command on Flutter (Dart), and experience building rich applications or games with it.
• Good understanding of the mobile ecosystem, including hands-on experience working with native Android (Kotlin/Java) and iOS (Swift/Objective-C) layers.
• Proven experience with modern programming languages and a deep understanding of CS Concepts, Data Structures, Algorithms, and OOPS.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts and know-hows to non-technical stakeholders clearly and concisely.
• A track record of working effectively in agile, multi-disciplinary teams.
• B.Tech/B.E in Computer Science or equivalent.

Nice to Have

• Prior experience in the gaming industry, specifically working on casual or puzzle titles.
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, and testing frameworks
• Familiarity of live operations, and A/B experiments
