NTT DATA BUSINESS SOLUTIONS is seeking an Automation & Gen AI Specialist (Customer-Facing) to design, develop, and implement intelligent automation solutions while engaging with customers through impactful presentations.

The role combines hands-on RPA development with Generative AI implementations, model integration, and cross-functional collaboration to drive digital transformation for clients.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and presentation skills in customer-facing contexts.
• Proven experience in customer-facing roles, pre-sales, or consulting environments.
• Hands-on experience delivering customer demos, POCs, and solution walkthroughs.
• Experience designing and delivering end-to-end automation solutions is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement end-to-end automation solutions using RPA tools (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Power Automate, etc.).
• Develop and deploy Generative AI solutions using LLMs, prompt engineering, and AI frameworks.
• Integrate AI models with enterprise systems, APIs, and workflows.
• Identify automation opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs.
• Monitor, optimize, and maintain automation pipelines and AI solutions.
• Conduct customer-facing presentations, demos, and workshops on AI and automation capabilities.
• Translate technical concepts into business-friendly insights.
• Create compelling POCs and demos tailored to client needs.
• Collaborate with sales and pre-sales teams to support deal closures.

Job Title: Automation & Gen AI Specialist (Customer-Facing)

Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Automation & Generative AI Specialist who can design, develop, and implement intelligent automation solutions while effectively engaging with customers through impactful presentations. This role blends technical expertise in AI/automation with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Automation & AI Development

• Design and implement end-to-end automation solutions using RPA tools (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Power Automate, etc.).
• Develop and deploy Generative AI solutions using LLMs, prompt engineering, and AI frameworks.
• Integrate AI models with enterprise systems, APIs, and workflows.
• Identify automation opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs.
• Monitor, optimize, and maintain automation pipelines and AI solutions.

Generative AI Use Cases

• Build AI-powered solutions such as:
• Chatbots and virtual assistants
• Document processing and summarization
• Content generation tools
• Intelligent decision-support systems
• Work with data teams to curate datasets and fine-tune AI models.
• Ensure ethical AI practices, data privacy, and compliance.

Customer Engagement & Presentation

• Conduct customer-facing presentations, demos, and workshops on AI and automation capabilities.
• Translate technical concepts into business-friendly insights.
• Create compelling POCs (Proof of Concepts) and solution demos tailored to client needs.
• Collaborate with sales and pre-sales teams to support deal closures.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients on digital transformation initiatives.

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Work cross-functionally with product, engineering, and business teams.
• Gather client requirements and convert them into scalable technical solutions.
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders and leadership.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Experience Required

• 510 years of overall experience in Automation, RPA, and AI/Generative AI solutions
• Minimum 23 years of hands-on experience in Generative AI / LLM-based solutions
• Proven experience in customer-facing roles, pre-sales, or consulting environments
• Demonstrated excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to business stakeholders
• Hands-on experience in delivering customer demos, POCs, and solution walkthroughs for AI and automation use cases
• Prior experience in designing and delivering end-to-end automation solutions is highly preferred
