Job summary

IOT Solutions World in India seeks an experienced AI Functional Consultant to drive AI-powered projects across AI/ML, Product, Engineering and Business teams. You will translate business requirements into functional specs and define AI workflows, use cases, and integrations to deliver impactful AI solutions.

The role requires coordinating with diverse stakeholders, showcasing strong communication and problem-solving skills, and driving AI adoption and process improvements across business units.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as an AI Functional Consultant or similar.
• Experience on AI, Generative AI, NLP, Chatbot, Automation, or data-driven projects.
• Understanding of AI project lifecycles, business workflows, and functional documentation.
• Ability to coordinate with AI/ML teams, developers, product managers, and business stakeholders.
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with AI concepts like LLMs, RAG, Prompt Engineering, Chatbots, sentiment analysis, or AI automation workflows.
• Experience with requirement gathering, user stories, BRDs/FRDs, process mapping, and UAT coordination.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple AI initiatives.

Requirements

• Have 3+ years of experience as an AI Functional Consultant in technology-driven environments.
• Have experience working on AI, Generative AI, NLP, Chatbot, Automation, or data-driven projects.
• Possess strong understanding of AI project lifecycles, business workflows, and functional documentation.
• Have the ability to coordinate effectively with AI/ML teams, developers, product managers, and business stakeholders.
• Demonstrate excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Have strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a customer-focused mindset.
• Are familiar with AI concepts such as LLMs, RAG, Prompt Engineering, Chatbots, Sentiment Analysis, or AI Automation workflows.
• Have experience with requirement gathering, user stories, BRDs/FRDs, process mapping, and UAT coordination.
• Are proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple AI initiatives simultaneously.
• Have strong collaboration skills to work effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
