Software Development Manager

Experience Range: With at least 7 to 10 years of hands‑on experience in software development, including substantial expertise in Salesforce Industry Cloud and Vlocity solutions at a technical leadership level

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce Industry Cloud and Vlocity solutions to achieve organizational goals
• Architect and optimize Omnistudio components such as Omniscripts, Flexcards, Dataraptors, and Integration Procedures for scalable, maintainable applications
• Mentor and manage a team of developers, ensuring code quality and adherence to Salesforce Industry Cloud best practices
• Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements, define technical specifications, and deliver innovative business solutions
• Configure and customize Industry Console, Matrices, and Calculation Procedures to support complex business processes
• Oversee Omnistudio Project Explorer and IDX Workbench usage for efficient development, deployment, and version control
• Monitor application performance using Omni Analytics and implement enhancements to improve user experience and operational efficiency
• Resolve technical issues across Salesforce Industry Cloud and Vlocity modules promptly and effectively
