VeriPark in Hyderabad is seeking a Software Development Manager to lead the Product Engineering Team for the VeriLoan origination solution built on Microsoft D365 and the Power Platform. The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on oversight of development processes to deliver a scalable, high-quality product for banking clients.

The ideal candidate has 15+ years of .NET/C#, Power Platform experience, 5+ years in management, and a banking domain background.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of hands-on experience with .NET platform, C#, Power Platform including Model Driven Power Apps, Power Automate.
• Banking domain with Loan Origination experience for minimum 5 years.
• Expertise to lead and develop technical teams, fostering collaboration and growth.
• Strong analytical and decision-making abilities, delivering practical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead software development processes including sprint planning, execution and retrospectives.
• Mentor and guide a high-performing product development team of engineers.
• Oversee design, development and architecture for VeriLoan leveraging Power Platform, Power Apps and Dynamics 365.
• Provide guidance on technical design, coding standards and best practices.
• Conduct regular one-on-ones, performance evaluations and professional development.
• Ensure code reviews and development processes are properly executed.

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Development Manager to lead our Product Engineering Team of our VeriLoan Loan Origination solution built on Microsoft D365 and the Power Platform This role involves technical leadership, and hands-on oversight of development processes to deliver a scalable high-quality product. The ideal candidate is experienced in designing enterprise-grade applications, driving innovation, and fostering a collaborative, high-performing software engineering team environment with banking domain, loan origination experience..

What you will be doing:

Technical Leadership & Product Engineering Team Management:

• Manage software development processes, including sprint planning, execution, and retrospectives, ensuring successful delivery of product aligned with business objectives.
• Lead, mentor, and guide high-performing product development team of software engineers.
• Oversight of design, development, and architecture for our VeriLoan solution leveraging the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps and Dynamics 365.
• Provide guidance on technical design, coding standards, and best practices to ensure scalable, secure, and maintainable product.
• Conduct regular one-on-ones, performance evaluations, and professional development activities to foster team growth and accountability.
• Make sure the code reviews, software development processes are properly done and are executed effectively

Strategic Alignment & Innovation:

• Partner with architects and business stakeholders to create high-level designs and technical roadmaps.
• Stay updated on advancements in Power Platform, Dynamics 365 and related technologies, evaluating their applicability for our product.
• Contribute to the execution of the organizations software engineering strategy, balancing delivery speed, product quality, and production stability.
  

Collaboration & Communication:

• Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the team and across cross-functional stakeholders.
• Communicate technical strategies, product updates, and system roadmaps effectively to diverse audiences, including technical and non-technical stakeholders.

What we are looking for:

• 15+ years of proven hands-on experience with .Net platform, C#, Microsoft Power Platform, including Model Driven Power Apps, Power Automate, and other Power Platform technologies, and at least last 5+ years of manager experience.
• Banking domain with Loan Origination system experience for minimum of 5 years
• Expertise to lead and develop technical teams, fostering collaboration and professional growth.
• Strong analytical and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering practical, innovative solutions.
• Proven success in managing large-scale enterprise projects and navigating complex stakeholder environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of translating technical details into actionable insights for diverse audiences.
