Job summary

A Large Global Organization in Bengaluru is seeking an experienced leader to guide software development for web and desktop applications. You will own portfolio planning, governance, and quality commitments while mentoring engineers and collaborating with product, business, and quality teams.

The role requires strong C#, .NET, Selenium, and Playwright expertise, along with 10–15 years in software delivery and broad stakeholder management experience.

Qualifications

• 10-15 years of relevant software development experience, including substantial experience managing engineering teams and software delivery.
• People Management: Minimum 5 years of experience.
• Project Management: Minimum 5 years of experience.
• Strong hands-on understanding of C# and .NET-based software development.
• Experience leading software project management activities, portfolio delivery, and stakeholder management.
• Proven people management experience, including team building, coaching, performance development, and talent retention.
• Experience with Selenium and Playwright Automation for software quality engineering and automated browser testing.
• Nice to have experience with Java and Selenium WebDriver.

Responsibilities

• Lead software development teams delivering customer-focused web and desktop application projects.
