Qualifications

• 2–4 years of professional experience building web applications.

Job Description

As a Web Development Engineer, you will be part of a collaborative engineering team responsible for building, enhancing, and maintaining modern web applications. You will work closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver scalable, reliable, and user-friendly experiences across the company's digital platforms.

You will contribute to the development of high-quality software, participate in technical discussions, and help ensure our applications meet both functional and non-functional requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and Maintain Applications

• Build and maintain web applications using modern web technologies such as React, Node.js, TypeScript, Next.js, and related frameworks.
• Implement new features and enhancements based on product and business requirements.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.

Collaboration

• Partner with UX/UI designers, product managers, and backend engineers to deliver cohesive user experiences.
• Participate in design discussions, sprint planning, and technical reviews.

Code Quality

• Participate in peer code reviews and incorporate feedback to maintain engineering standards.
• Follow established coding guidelines, development processes, and best practices.

Performance and Reliability

• Help identify and resolve performance issues, bugs, and usability concerns.

Testing and Debugging
