Job summary

Sunrise Biztech Systems Pvt. Ltd. in Hyderabad seeks a Software Development Engineer 4 to design, develop, and verify SystemC/TLM2 models for memory controllers and interconnects.

The role requires 3+ years of SystemC development and 6+ years overall experience, with collaboration across teams to ensure accurate hardware simulation. Responsibilities include building testbenches, validating designs, and documenting models. Knowledge of PCIe/AXI and SV/UVM verification is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of SystemC development experience.
• 6+ years of overall engineering experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop, enhance, and maintain System C/TLM2 models for memory controllers, peripherals and interconnects, ensuring they accurately simulate the behavior and performance characteristics of the hardware.
• Collaborate with cross teams to integrate models into tools used for system-level designs, ensuring proper functionality and performance.
• Identify bottlenecks and performance issues within models and work to optimize their performance to meet design specifications.
• Develop and execute testbenches to validate the functionality and correctness of models, as well as participate in system-level testing and debugging.
• Create clear and comprehensive documentation for models, including usage guidelines and design specifications.
