Job summary

ConsultBae India Pvt. Ltd. in Mumbai (Vikhroli) seeks a Backend Engineer to design and scale high-performance systems using Node.js and TypeScript in a product-driven environment.

You will own core backend services, APIs and microservices, collaborate with product, frontend and DevOps teams, and write clean, testable code while contributing to system design. 3–6 years of backend experience and strong Node.js/TypeScript skills required. In-office, five days a week.

Role Overview

We are looking for a strong Backend Engineer with deep expertise in Node.js and TypeScript to build and scale high-performance systems for a product-based environment. The role involves working on core backend architecture, APIs, and scalable services.

• Preference for candidates who have worked across multiple cities/locations, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability
• Comfortable with 5-day work-from-office setup
• Strong ownership mindset and ability to work in fast-paced product environments

Additional Notes

• Candidates who have spent their entire career in a single city without relocation exposure may not be ideal for this role
• Immediate or Seving to 60-day notice period candidates preferred
