Job summary

Valsoft Corporation in India is seeking a Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) to design and own a comprehensive automated test suite, starting with regression coverage and expanding QA automation across projects.

You will collaborate with a small team to accelerate testing, triage defects, and improve framework speed and stability. Strong JS/TS skills, Cypress experience, and familiarity with CI/CD are required.

Qualifications

• Intermediate-level experience as an SDET or in a similar test automation role.
• Hands-on experience building and maintaining automated test suites in Cypress (or Playwright/Selenium).
• Strong programming skills in JavaScript/TypeScript; C# an asset.
• Experience with unit and integration test frameworks such as Jest or xUnit.
• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and orchestration tools (Jenkins, CircleCI, Azure DevOps).
• Practical experience using AI tools in testing workflows.
• Familiarity with Agile Scrum practices.
