The Technology Quality Assurance team delivers enterprise-wide testing services that help ensure reliable, high‑quality technology solutions across the organization. The team combines functional, automation, performance, and data testing expertise and works collaboratively within an Agile delivery model. With an automation‑first approach and growing adoption of AI‑enabled quality practices, team members support web, mobile, Application Programming Interface (API), and data platforms while building modern testing capabilities and advancing their technical skills.
You will develop and execute functional and automation tests.
You will support web, mobile, data, and API testing initiatives.
You will build and maintain automation frameworks.
You will create test scenarios and acceptance tests.
You will perform performance test scripting and execution.
You will write and optimize complex SQL queries.
You will validate software quality throughout development.
You will contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
You will apply AI‑enabled testing practices.
You will use AI tools to improve productivity and quality.
You will evaluate and refine AI‑generated outputs.
You will identify testing opportunities across platforms.
You will collaborate with developers, testers, and deployment teams.
You will communicate effectively with internal stakeholders.
You will manage and track defects to resolution.
You will document test outcomes and technical findings.
You will support issue investigation and root‑cause analysis.
5-8 years of software testing experience.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
Experience in financial services or investment banking is preferred.
Exposure to data quality solutions is beneficial.
Strong automation testing experience.
Knowledge of Playwright, Selenium, WebdriverIO, or Codecept.js.
Experience with Python or JavaScript testing frameworks.
Experience in API, data, and performance testing.
Proficiency in SQL and Oracle databases.
Knowledge of LoadRunner or JMeter.
Familiarity with ICEDQ and quality engineering practices.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Understanding of Agile delivery principles.
Knowledge of Software Development and Testing Life Cycles.

Work Shift Timings - 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM IST
