Job summary

Amazon in India is hiring a Senior Software Engineer for the Alexa Devices team to develop features that present innovative speech-backed visuals on Echo Show and related devices. You will build and maintain systems, partner with Amazon services and device teams, and ensure latency remains low at scale.

You will work on device frameworks, web services, APIs, and large-scale data infrastructure, collaborating closely with UX and Product owners to shape customer experiences and product direction.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
• 4+ years of non-internship design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience
• Experience programming with at least one software programming language.
• 4+ years of full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations experience
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent

Basic Qualifications
