Qualifications

• 3+ years of development experience in SAP ABAP OOPS, Dialog Programming, ABAP workflow and testing with SAP products portfolio.
• Work-experience on SAP S/4HANA is required.
• Experience with SAP Fiori/UI5 modern UI concepts is a plus and beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the full SDLC of SAP products in the Enterprise Applications portfolio.
• Design and develop OpenText applications using SAP ABAP including RICEF objects, Dialog Programming, OOPS, Workflow.
• Analyze and identify root causes of bugs reported by QA or customer support and develop solutions.
• Conduct unit testing and integration testing for functionality.
• Produce precise documentation describing product and sub-systems architectures.
• Develop and refactor code for high performance and scalability.

Job Summary

OpenText is seeking a Software Developer to be instrumental in the analysis, design, development, deployment and testing of SAP based applications. A position is located at our office in Hyderabad, India. This position requires an experienced hands-on developer who works effectively as part of a team in agile development with demonstrated experience delivering mission-critical operational SAP applications. The candidate must be able to serve as a Software developer with a commitment to quality. Candidate will need to work closely with our team in developing solutions and other work products through multiple phases of the Systems Development Life Cycle using SAP technologies and frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for full SDLC of various SAP products in Enterprise Applications portfolio.
• Design and Develop robust OpenText applications using SAP ABAP including RICEF objects, Dialog Programming, OOPS, Workflow.
• Analyse and fact out the root cause for the bugs reported by QA or customer support and develop solutions to the problems.
• Conducts unit testing and integration testing for functionality.
• Produces precise documentation describing product and sub-systems architectures.
• Develop and re-factor code for high performance and scalability.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or relevant field.
• 3+ years of development experience in SAP ABAP OOPS, Dialog Programming, ABAP workflow and testing with SAP products portfolio.
• Work-experience on SAP S/4HANA is required.
• Experiance in Odata, CDS View and AMDP
• Understanding of SAP Fiori / UI5 technology is a plus.
• SAP logistics or any other module know-how is a plus.
• Self-starter and demonstrated team player.
• Motivated to learn new toolsets and accept new challenges.
• Experience with agile software development methodologies (Iterative, XP, Scrum etc.) is a strong plus.
