Scope of Work:

• Design and implement scalable, maintainable, and robust software solutions leveraging Python, Java, JavaScript/Node.js, and full-stack technologies.
• Conduct detailed code reviews, providing actionable feedback to ensure functionality, performance, and adherence to standards.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation to support architectural decisions and ongoing maintenance.
• Collaborate in shaping software architecture and recommending industry best practices for long-term stability and scalability.
• Participate in the analysis of requirements to deliver efficient, high-quality deliverables meeting client and project needs.
• Contribute real-world programming examples, explanations, and problem-solving approaches as foundational input for AI training datasets.
• Communicate findings, challenges, and solutions effectively using clear written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 5+ years of proven experience as a professional, consultant, or specialist in one or more of: Python, Java, JavaScript/Node.js, or full-stack software development.
• Demonstrated expertise in designing and reviewing complex software architectures and codebases.
• Strong background in producing and maintaining high-quality, user-friendly technical documentation.
• Solid experience with code review processes, offering insightful, constructive feedback to peers or contributors.
• Ability to distill complex software concepts into clear, concise written and verbal communication pieces.
• Experience working remotely and collaborating across distributed teams using digital communication tools.
• Nice to have: exposure to AI, machine learning concepts, or contributing to technology training datasets.
