Appsierra Group is seeking a Software Engineer to join as a remote contractor focused on building and maintaining backend services and supporting AI training tasks. You will work across Java, Python, Rust, TypeScript, C++, Go, or Node.js to implement features, optimize performance, and contribute to automated testing and code reviews.

Collaboration with the team will drive improvements in testing frameworks and overall quality.

Qualifications

• Strong backend development experience with multiple languages (Java, Python, Rust, TS, C++, Go, Node.js).
• Proven track record of building scalable services and APIs.
• Comfort with debugging, performance tuning, and bug fixing.
• Solid understanding of algorithms, data structures, and CS concepts.
• Experience with automated testing and test strategy design.
