Job summary

Job Responsibilities

• Analyze feature requirements provided by the Feature Owner / Product Owner to ensure a thorough understanding of project goals and deliverables.
• Evaluate and assess the feasibility of technical requirements, identifying potential challenges and proposing effective solutions.
• Design and analyze software architecture and components using Object-Oriented Analysis (OOA) and Unified Modeling Language (UML) methodologies.
• Develop, program, and debug multi-threaded software applications within a complex development environment.
• Develop Unit Test cases and ensure the successful release and ongoing maintenance of software components.
• Prepare Developer Test Specifications and meticulously review them to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Execute tests and perform debugging in simulation or target test environments, ensuring adherence to acceptance criteria as defined in the task or stories.
• Provide support for the reproduction and verification of defects, including collecting logs and performing necessary analysis for defect resolution.
• Facilitate the setup of tools and gather required information for the development process.
• Collaborate with other team members to support defect reproduction from the Engineering Operations Maintenance (EOM) or other relevant teams.
• Ensure the effectiveness of defect reproduction by gathering and analyzing relevant logs without unnecessary iterations.
• Occasionally, you may need to set up intricate working conditions, such as creating custom cable setups, connecting wires according to pin diagrams, and collaborating with others to replicate specific hardware or environmental conditions necessary for testing and development.
