Job summary

SigiloTech is seeking a motivated SDE Intern to join our technology team in Kolkata. The role focuses on software development, problem solving, and learning through real-world projects under experienced developers.

As an SDE Intern, you will assist in designing, developing, testing, and maintaining applications, write clean code, and collaborate with senior team members on project requirements and API integrations.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed BSc/MSc/BCA/MCA in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Freshers and candidates with 0–1 year of experience are welcome to apply.
• Knowledge of at least one backend technology (.NET, Java, Node.js, or Python).
• Understanding of REST APIs and database basics (SQL Server/MySQL).
• Familiarity with Git and GitHub for version control and collaboration.

Job Highlights

• Backend Development: Knowledge of at least one backend technology: .NET,
• Java, Node.js, or Python. Understanding of REST APIs, including how to create,consume, and integrate APIs.
• Database: Basic knowledge of SQL Server or MySQL, including writing queriesand handling data.
• Tools & Version Control: Familiarity with Git and GitHub for source-codemanagement, version control, and collaboration.
• Additional Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of Cloudplatforms/services and cloud-based application concepts. Understanding ofauthentication and authorization concepts. Ability to perform basic debuggingand troubleshooting of application issues. Basic understanding of Agile/Scrummethodology and software development workflows.
• Pursuing or recently completed BSc/Msc/BCA/MCA in Computer Science,
• Information Technology, or a related field.

• Candidates who have completed academic projects, personal projects, orcoding projects will be preferred.
