Key Responsibilities

• Write and maintain code for next-generation data processing platforms.
• Support platform co‑creators and contributors.
• Participate in all stages of application development including design, coding, CI/CD pipeline setup, and unit testing.
• Adapt to and learn new technologies as required for platform development.
• Conduct peer code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and style guidelines.

Required Skills & Expertise

• Strong understanding of object‑oriented design principles.
• Proficiency in at least one statically typed language (Java) and one dynamically typed language (Python).
• Experience with xUnit testing frameworks and working with mocks, stubs, and fakes.
• Knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and complexity analysis.
• Experience with concurrent programming (multi‑threading, multi‑processing, or worker architectures).
• Hands‑on experience with Core Java, OOAD, Design Patterns, APIs, and library development.
• Familiarity with Microservices (gRPC/REST), Docker, Kubernetes, Protobuf/Thrift, NoSQL databases, and Big Data technologies.
• Experience using Git and Linux environments.
