Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Software Developer / Technical Team Leader with strong expertise in C#, .NET technologies, or open-source frameworks. The ideal candidate should possess hands‑on experience in backend component development and API development, along with experience in both individual contribution and team handling.

The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable software solutions, building backend components and APIs, ensuring code quality, mentoring developers, and coordinating with clients and stakeholders to deliver projects within defined timelines.

Mandatory Technical Skills

• Strong hands‑on experience in C#, .NET, or open-source framework development.
• Practical experience in backend component development.
• Practical experience in API development.
• Experience as an Individual Contributor (IC) as well as in team handling/leadership.

Mandatory Educational Qualification

Candidates must possess one of the following qualifications in the specified disciplines:

• MCA (Master of Computer Applications).
• BE/B.Tech with specialization in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics & Communication, or an equivalent specialization.
• M.Sc./M.Tech/ME in Computer Science, Information Technology, or an equivalent specialization.
• Master's degree in Electronics along with a Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Science or an equivalent specialization.

Not eligible: B.Sc. IT and BCA qualifications.
