Job summary

Zion HR Consultancy in Panaji, Goa, is seeking an Angular Developer with a strong background in web applications. You will design and maintain applications while collaborating with teams to ensure they are user-friendly and scalable.

Job description

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain web applications using Angular frameworks.
• Work closely with cross‑functional teams, including designers and backend developers, to deliver high‑quality, user‑friendly, high‑performance applications.
• Collaborate with designers and product owners to translate design concepts and user requirements into functional applications.
• Develop web applications using Angular, adhering to coding standards and best practices.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code, ensuring scalability and performance.
• Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and promote knowledge sharing within the development team.
• Conduct thorough testing and debugging of applications, identifying and resolving issues in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with backend developers to integrate frontend applications with backend APIs and services.
• Stay up to date with the latest Angular frameworks, libraries, and industry trends to continuously improve skills and contribute to technical discussions.
• Work in an agile development environment, attending daily stand‑ups and retrospectives.
• Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to ensure the delivery of high‑quality applications.
• Support the deployment and maintenance of applications, troubleshooting and resolving any issues that arise.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science or IT Engineering fields preferred.
• Graduate in another field of study with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in software development.
• Proven experience as an Angular Developer or similar role, with a strong portfolio of Angular projects.
• Proficiency in Angular frameworks (Angular 2+, preferably Angular 11), TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Solid understanding of frontend development principles, including responsive design, web accessibility, and user experience.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and integration with backend services.
• Familiarity with version control systems (preferably Tortoise SVN) and development tools.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively within a team.
• Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and frameworks.
• Experience with backend technologies (e.g., Node.js, .NET Core) and databases (e.g., SQL Server) is a plus.
