• Experience in Agile development and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

We’d Love to See

• You have 3 or more years of experience in full-stack development, with strong hands‑on expertise in Java (backend) and React (frontend), and the ability to quickly learn new languages, frameworks, and technologies.
• You are a well‑rounded engineer with experience building and maintaining both backend services and user‑facing applications, along with one or more areas of technical depth.
• You have a strong foundation in Computer Science fundamentals, including software design, data structures, algorithms, and system design principles.
• You are proficient in developing scalable backend APIs and modern, responsive frontend applications, with a focus on performance, reliability, and user experience.
• You believe in keeping the technology stack current by adopting modern tools, libraries, frameworks, and cloud‑native technologies where appropriate.
• You have excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills, coupled with a strong sense of ownership, accountability, and execution.
• You have experience working in an Agile development environment and collaborating effectively with cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality software.
• Interest in AI and willingness to explore AI‑driven solutions to enhance performance and drive efficiencies

Base salary range 1,567,694 - 2,120,998 INR
