Job summary

KONE is seeking an embedded software engineer for its R&D team in India. This role focuses on developing and releasing embedded software, performing design and code reviews, and enabling agile practices. You will collaborate across hardware and software disciplines to deliver robust digital services.

Education in BE and strong knowledge of C/RTOS, system analysis, and version control is expected. Opportunity to work in a global, innovative environment at KONE R&D.

Qualifications

• BE in EEE/ECE/EIE/CSE/IT or equivalent.
• Proficiency in C programming and RTOS.
• Solid understanding of system and software requirement analysis and design.
• Experience with design documentation (High/Low level) and test case design.
• Familiarity with code reviews, debugging, and version control tools.

R&D unit in KTI is responsible for developing digital services at KONE.
