Job summary

Titan Company is seeking a hands-on Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) Developer to build, enhance, and maintain high-volume B2C eCommerce applications. You will own SFRA cartridge development, backend integrations, and Business Manager configurations, while leveraging AI-assisted tools to drive developer productivity and clean code quality.

Responsibilities include designing scalable SFCC features, scheduling custom jobs, integrating with REST/SOAP and OCAPI, and ensuring smooth operations

Qualifications

• Hands-on Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) Developer to build, enhance, and maintain high-volume, scalable B2C eCommerce apps.
• Own SFRA cartridge development, backend integrations, custom batch jobs, and Business Manager configurations.
• Leverage AI-assisted engineering tools to improve productivity, code quality, and issue resolution.

Responsibilities

• SFCC & SFRA Development: Design and maintain scalable B2C commerce features using SFRA, JavaScript, ISML templates, Controllers, Models, and Page Designer.
• Backend & Custom Jobs: Develop and schedule custom SFCC jobs, batch processes, and automated data feeds (XML, JSON, CSV via SFTP/Web Services).
• Integrations & APIs: Build and support robust integrations using REST/SOAP, OCAPI, and SCAPI for third-party systems including payment gateways, OMS, ERP, CRM, and search engines.
• Business Manager Administration: Configure and maintain catalogs, price books, inventory, promotions, customer groups, and site preferences.
• Troubleshooting & RCA: Diagnose and resolve production bottlenecks, search/indexing anomalies, and integration failures using SFCC Log Center and monitoring tools.
• AI-Powered Engineering: Responsibly utilize AI-assisted development tools to accelerate coding, debugging, test generation, and documentation.
